Registration for the Tenth Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning is open! PCF10 will be held from 14 to 16 September 2022 in partnership with Athabasca University (AU) in Calgary, Canada.  The theme is “Innovations for Educational Resilience.”

“In earlier editions of PCF, advocacy for open and distance learning was a major focus. This time we will discuss how open learning can be a key feature for fast tracking the transformation of education for the future. The future must be based on the principles of equity, inclusion and environmental conservation where the role of ODL will be more important than ever before,” noted Professor Asha Kanwar, COL President and CEO in a message to prospective delegates.

The Forum will bring together researchers and practitioners from all over the world to explore applications of open and distance learning in widening educational access, bridging the digital divide, and advancing the social and economic development of communities and nations at large.

The early-bird, in-person registration rate of CAD 595 |USD 475 is available until 30 June 2022.
