Through a public tendering process, Council of Europe has awarded a new multi-year Frame Agreement to COL’s eLIO for a tutor-supported Writing Effectively course, in English and in French.

COL was the implementing partner in 2013, developing a customised version of the Writing Effectively series for Council of Europe. COL hosted and delivered a successful pilot course and subsequently four annual offerings.

The eLIO team is pleased to have the opportunity to update the course from its 2013 version including development of a new module to align with the specific capacity building needs of Council of Europe staff.
