Ms Carol Walker joined COL in January 1991 and has worked in many facets of COL’s operations, including administration, Pacific and Asia programmes, continuing education and technical/vocational education and training. Currently, she assists two Education Specialists in the respective areas of agriculture and livelihoods, and open schooling.
