Gender Equality

Gender equality is an integral consideration in all of COL’s initiatives, with support provided to partners to remove the barriers to equal access to education and respond to the gendered nature of experiences within education, and through open and distance education, to build a more equal world.

Technology-Enabled Learning

The initiative supports ministries of education and educational institutions to develop policies, build capacity and foster an enabling environment for digital transformation across the Commonwealth for employment and entrepreneurship of the youth.
